How the Serenity Guarantee™ Works

STEP 01
Exclusive Management
the Serenity Guarantee™ is exclusively reserved for Property Owners who choose to entrust their property to Terre del Mediterraneo through our a Regia Unica™ Exclusive Management model. This ensures a unified operational model, clearly defined responsibilities, and shared standards, all of which are essential to delivering meaningful protection.
STEP 02
Controllo Certificato
At the end of every stay, we apply our Certified Check-Out Standard™., a documented inspection procedure that verifies the condition of the property through thorough inspections. This process enables us to identify any irregularities objectively and transparently.
STEP 03
Damage Assessment
If damage is identified, our team assesses whether it can be directly attributed to the stay, evaluating its nature, extent, and the available documentation. Only cases that meet the established criteria are eligible for protection under the Serenity Guarantee™. Serenity Guarantee™.
FASE 04
Guarantee Intervention
When all the required conditions are met, Terre del Mediterraneo provides the Property Owner with a contribution of up to €100 per stayup to a maximum of €500 per contract year, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Serenity Guarantee™.

- Situations excluded under the Terms and Conditions of the Serenity Guarantee™

The Serenity Guarantee™ is an exclusive benefit reserved for Property Owners who participate in our Regia Unica™ Exclusive Management model. Any intervention under the Guarantee is governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions, which define its scope, limits, and operational procedures.
